“Help was at my door within 30 minutes despite getting a text to say ETA 90 minutes, very happy customer. Car was sorted in seconds, he hung around and re-started engine to ensure engine running smoothly. Great service, highly recommend.”

“Only recently taken out the policy so can't comment too much. The price was very competitive and straight forward to arrange. The Android App is definitely a no frills affair with not too many options. After logging in with my account details, I longer have any option to view account or login details.”

“The help I received from the call centre was fantastic. I received a text giving eta. I received a further text from the towing company giving a similar eta. After calling the towing company 3 times (on a premium rate number from my mobile) they turned up 3 hours after eta. Was it because it was homestart and a tow to local garage I was kept waiting? The service from the towing company once they got to me was fantastic. Just the 3 hours inbetween which wasn't as delayed I wasn't able to collect my dad from hospital after an operation.”

“The service I received was excellent. The mechanic attending was a credit to your company. He was polite and attended as quickly as he was available,keeping me informed of the time he could attend the car. “Had to use them when my suspension Spring snapped. The rescue truck arrived within 30 minutes and took me to a garage they had arranged that could complete the fix the same day.”
