“3rd year with Emergency Assist & thankfully not had to use services yet (fingers crossed). Only problem I've encountered is with renewal. Last year my renewal couldn't be taken automatically so I had to call. The same thing happened this year. Having said that the people who took my calls were great”

“I was extremely pleased with the service when i had to call Emergency Assist out recently.A mechanic was with me within 30 minutes and got my car running again.I had a call in the evening to check that all was well and i have since renewed for another year as they offered the best price,even though i had a call out.”

“Fortunately I have not needed to call Emergency Assist in the 2 years I have been with them but I can say that they are very competitively priced for the cover on offer and they are good communicators and prompt me to renew my membership in good time.”

“Just joined via Groupon, great value as a lot more competitive price wise. Obviously haven't used them yet, although l did phone their customer service to ask a few questions, they were very well mannered and polite.”
