“This is my second year with EA joining was fast and efficient! Good value for money as opposed to other breakdown companies! Good reviews! Fingers crossed I’ve not had to use their service but I’m sure they’ll be very professional if I ever did!”

“We have used this service for a puncture once, the only criticism I would have is if the vehicle some how starts or repairs it self you have to pay if you cancel the call out, surely it makes sense if you no longer need there service they can move on to the next breakdown?”

“Trying to get through to your all centre is painful. Going from hold music to it ringing for ages then back onto gold music and back to it constantly ringing was nearly enough for me not to bother renewing the policy and looking elsewhere. Each time it started ringing I thought I was being through to someone. This went on for over 25 mins.”

“Just bought this policy....easy to obtain....had to pay extra, ( £15) as our car was more that 10 years old. But still a good price.”

“My only concern is the amount of time it took me to get through to your customer service. I tried on four different occasions, each time I was put in a Que but when the phone rang no one answered and I was put back in the Que. Over the four occasions I was on hold for nearly an hour. This is not a goog customer service. When I did get through your operator was very good, very efficient and very professional.”
