“Having just joined this company my new car ended up with 3 problems in less that that number of weeks. They were very efficient, picked up the car in a huge transporter and we went straight to a well know garage of my choice. I haven't had any problems since then which is 3 years but I would expect the same service and certainly equal to other companies I have used, better that others and much less cost.”

“This is my second year with Emergency Assist, thankfully I've not had reason to require their services yet, so I'm unable to comment on response times etc. Their renewal quote was more expensive than i anticipated but still reasonable in comparison to other 'big name' breakdown companies”

“Unfortunately it took a 5 hour wait for the recovery vehicle to arrive. There was no phone calls from yourselves letting me know there was a problem. I had to keep ringing you but was told different reasons on each occasion. Once the car was collected everything went smoothly. This is my first and only call on your services to date.”

“They have been helpful on the phone at a time that can be stressful! (As a woman on her own travelling). The companies they send out have all been helpful and professional, AND managed to sort my old car out even if it is taking it to my local garage! I have only called them when close to home, so I’m hoping the service will be just as good when on a longer journey!”

“Been with them for 3 years since my bells and whistles purchase from Groupon. Used them a couple of times with no problems or complaints. Called customer services for vehicle changes and payments and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Had breakdown last year - battery problems! Waited quite long time about an hour but recovery/assistance vehicle which arrived, person inside went out of his way to deal with my problematic motorcar. Exceptional help and politeness! That's why am going with you again, as if in the future have another breakdown receive same standard. Just hope that the wait next time is a little quicker, as weather was quite cold.”
