“I received a phone call to renew my breakdown cover at a lower rate than what I had purchased it for the previous year. It is not very often that prices go down so I immediately took up the offer and was very happy.”

“The people I spoke with on the telephone in setting up my policies were very helpful and eventually resolved all my issues. It did take 2 calls to do so, but all happy in the end.”

“I am not aware who Emergency Assist are, yet they took money from bank account before sending me any communication. I can only assume that Emergency Assist are a sister Company to 2ogether Insurance who I had breakdown cover with last year. Because the policy is only £18 for the year I am willing to keep it but I do not appreciate being railiroaded into a contract that I don't know about. I do not give authorisation for any automatic renewals in the future.”

“Want to do good and bad points. Good - Haven't had to use the service yet (touch wood) but kept cost same as last year. Bad - My cover last year was with 2Gether. The communication that Emergency Assist had merged with 2Gether wasn't clear. I had to ring up and ask what was happening as I'd never heard of EA before. I was very surprised I didn't block my 'renewal' email from EA as it was a company I'd never heard of and could very easily have been one of the numerous spam emails I get.”

“Easy process to join online and at the right price. Have not had to use breakdown wise hence the 4/5 star. Documents received promptly on-line and no problems with the admin service. Will renew next year without a doubt if the price is right”
