“I can only comment on setting up my breakdown and renewing it which for me was quite easy and quick to do. I've been very lucky and haven't had to use my cover but if I have to hopefully will get a good response”

“Very long time on hold when I phoned. Once I was connected the call handler was very helpful. I would be concerned if there was this much delay if I had needed roadside assistance though I am not sure if there is a different number to call and if the waiting time would be quicker”

“I had to call for home start assistance on a Sunday morning. I was very pleased with the response from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and polite. A mechanic was at my house in about 30 mins. Excellent service.”

“I Have been with 2Gether Breakdown cover for a number of years, and now been taken over by Emergency Assist, have only had to call them out twice and found them very quick to come out, The price you pay for this breakdown is great, why pay hundreds of pounds when you can get this, I have my car and motor bike covered carry on the good work, thanks .”

“I called the control centre, they took my details quickly and sent out rescue which which arrived in less than an hour. The rescue team were SO good as they came prepareres with the right vehicle to toe mine. I was very impressed with the service. I must say that the guy who drove the towing truck is the best driver ever, this guy was able to reverse into the smallest space ever and himself and his colleague worked very well together with great professionalism.”
