“Hope you stay as the same company from now on! Changeover and emergency breakdown tel. no. change during my annual cover cost me £341 = having not noticed tel. no. changeover e mail which should have been made much more obvious and 'highlighted' Only discovered problem when tried to contact you after breakdown. Wonder how many others got caught out mid cover?”

“I have held a policy for 4 years now. It’s gives me peace of mind as a single lady, with limited mechanical knowledge. In that time, I have called them out once with a defunct battery and was very impressed with the service.”

“I purchased the cover 10 days ago and today I got a flat tyre. One phone call, they got straight back to me and the recovery garage was with me within 30 mins, this was also in rush hour, in the pouring rain. He fixed the tyre in a few minutes. Excellent service. I would highly recommen. Who would pay RAC or AA prices when you can have a better service at a quarter of the price. Well done Emergency Assist and Keltic Moters, Plymouth.”

“This is my 2nd year of membership but have not had to use the call out service. Having read some of the recent negative comments of the so called leading and expensive providers of breakdown services I opted to renew with Emergency Assist. I therefore cannot comment on their call outs but hopefully they will be fine!”

“I have held breakdown cover with different companies over the year and rarely had to use them. However, over the last 12 months I have used Emergency Assist twice. They have responded quickly and the mechanics sent have always tried to resolve the problem in the most cost effective way for me. Very impressed!”
