As I have only just bought breakdown from you,and not used your services, I cannot really write a review.

The only reason I gave 3* is I dont see why we should have to pay extra for an older car. I've used this breakdown for a good few years now and had only called them out twice the whole time. Yes I can understand it's more likely for it to breakdown but so can new vehicles. It's reasonably cheap but it's not that cheap when extra is on top.

It has come to my attention that while the company was 2gether it was much cheaper and I did need to use it a couple of times and I was very happy with the service it provided. On renewing this time I realized the price was not that good and in fact some car insurance companies offer a better breakdown cover with the insurance. So it is not such a good deal anymore and I will shop around before renewing my breakdown cover with you next year

Not received any confirmation ( apart from this ratings request ). Is this normal? The price and options are great.. lets hope the service is as good. Not sure how many stars to give, so I will give three stars......for now, subject to further inspection.

Breakdown number should be a free number and not 090 number Haven't used so don't know

I have been member on and off 2-3 years. I have had no problem but on the other hand I have had no need to use the service. The price is very competitive. The rating I have given is neutral as I cannot be certain how good the service would be if I had to use it.

Hope you stay as the same company from now on! Changeover and emergency breakdown tel. no. change during my annual cover cost me £341 = having not noticed tel. no. changeover e mail which should have been made much more obvious and 'highlighted' Only discovered problem when tried to contact you after breakdown. Wonder how many others got caught out mid cover?

I just bought the policy for my friend James Aylward. I understood from Groupon that the policy was only valid till August 2019 but after I'd bought it was told it was valid till November 2019. Either I misunderstood or Groupon still had it marketed with the original wording from its first promotion. It was still a good price in my opinion.

Good annual premium compared to other providers but have not used their services so difficult to know if Emergency Assist Ltd represents good value for money.

I can't remember is it anywhere mentioned that if you have a car which is more than 10 years old than you have to pay extra money for this cover. It was a bit shocking for me but because it's still cheaper than anybreakdown civer thru insurance companies that's why I continued the purchase

It took an exceptionally long time to get through on the telephone, two attempts of which the last was over 20 mins. I was a new customer looking to sign up but had a question first of all. It nearly put me off but once I got through the advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable so I signed up.
