It took an exceptionally long time to get through on the telephone, two attempts of which the last was over 20 mins. I was a new customer looking to sign up but had a question first of all. It nearly put me off but once I got through the advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable so I signed up.

I am not fully satisfied with the service I receive. I temporarily lost my car key and my house key was locked in the car. I found that you didn't help me.

Difficult to rate as I've not had cause to use which is why I've only rated as acceptable. However I think it should be made clearer in the schedule that call out for puncture repair includes vehicles where they only have the emergency repair kit and not any form of spare wheel, which none of the manufacturers provide now.

Only ever had one call out and that was good. However, when I phoned to renew I was on the phone for over 20 mins before I was put through to a representative. Disappointing

I was just about to renew my breakdown only to find out you had already helped yourself to the renewal money. Considering it has gone up since last year, I am not happy with this. PLEASE DELETE MY DEBIT CARD DETAILS FROM YOUR DATABASE AND DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW . THANK YOU :(

Long wait to get anybody to answer my phone call 22 minuets later The lady who answered was very polite but I think you need more staff this was not a breakdown just a query would have been very annoying if it was a breakdown I was ringing about

Very disappointed that when I rang to negotiate my new breakdown cover I was told that it would have to remain the same, but when I told the operator that you were offering a 10% discount on line I immediately got a reduction. This is happening time and time again and it is annoying that you do not look after your existing customers as well as the new ones you are trying to attract.

Rang before 0800 and no response it was to get assistance changing tyre so what would have happened in a real emergency.

Not used them yet in a breakdown situation but tryng to get through to the office number you have a long wait. Called twice and waited at least 15 mins each time. They could do with more people answering the telephones

I dont like the fact your policy automatically renews each year. My circumstances could change so maybe give me the option to seek alternative cover You need to advertise breakdown number more clearly maybe a downloadable card to keep in car or wallet with expiry date and policy details.

Don't have a problem with the price or the length of time I've had to wait on a couple of breakdowns (2 cars) as I live in the country. What lets them down is time ive had to wait on telephone to try and speak to customer service-unresolved and emails that take days to get a reply that only adds to the frustration as it didn't answer a straightforward query with account

This is my 2nd year of membership. Not yet used the service. Purchasing and renewal easy. Price competitive with other providers in this sector and less expensive than AA, Gree Flag etc.
