“The price was fantastic”

“I was initially a little wary when the agent I spoke to was a little unfriendly but her parting was better so I felt reassured. The breakdown company were a reputable local company and the mechanic was smart, polite and arrived in good time. The mechanic seemed thorough with his assessment before recovering it to a garage of my choice.”

“I haven't used it as yet as only took out the policy yesterday. However the process of joining on the internet was very straightforward. I also rang as I had a query and the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I read the reviews on line and on the whole they were pretty good. The cover was so much cheaper than other quotes I had so I am hoping it will be OK.”

“broke down, got picked up, taken to a local garage who did their best to get me back on the road. I didn't use my options of being taken somewhere as I was on holiday. Response time good and the voice on the phone was accommodating.”

“BUYING THE BREAKDOWN COVER ONLINE WAS EASY AND THIS IS TO REPLACE EXISTING BREAKDOWN COVER ONCE IT HAS EXPIRED. I HAVE HAD NO REASON TO CALL OUT ANY SERVICES PREVIOUSLY BUT HOPEFULLY IF REQUIRED 2GETHER MOTOR BREAKDOWN WILL BE THERE TO HELP”

“came quickly - friendly helpful crew who took me off the motorway & changed my tyre quickly - checking that I knew where I was & how to get home, advising me not to drive above 40mph on the 'spare' tyre. I also appreciated the advice given on the phone - ie if someone comes to offer help , be careful as it could result in an expensive charge ! A Motorway Patrol came to see I was ok & laughed when I asked about money ! I had got out of my car, put down my emergency triangle then walked a good distance from my car. The Motorway Patrol agreed that the hard shoulder is the most dangerous place to be. Perhaps your phone operatives could ensure that folk who have broken down follow this advice . Terrific help .. ta !”
