“First time I have needed to use car breakdown insurance so a little apprehensive, but need not have worried. Mechanic arrived within time expected and quickly established problem with car battery - and car was running in matter of minutes. Very impressed with the service!”

“First time I have had to use a breakdown service. When I called they were very friendly, reassuring and just asked relevant questions. The recovery guy was also friendly, helpful and explained what the problem was so I understood. Got car started but was obvious there was still a problem, followed me to my garage, had to restart car 3 times on the journey. No lengthy paperwork to complete at the end. Would recommend service.”

“Quick service, problem sorted. Excellent value, wasn't expecting to have homestart on my policy due to the price I paid but I did. Call handler was quick and efficient. Breakdown mechanic was there within 30 minutes and immediately identified the problem (I have some knowledge about cars and never knew this problem!), he sorted it and I was on my way to work. Great service throughout. Delighted.”
