“at this moment in time the price was excellent As to the service if I had a breakdown that is something only time will tell as I have just took out the policy. Hopefully I will not ever need to do a review as I hope to not call you out.”

“Raymond, the driver of the recovery vehicle could not have been more helpful. Having recovered my broken down vehicle, he drove me to his depot, where he kept my car safe overnight. He then lent me a car to drive to my overnight hotel. In the morning he met me at the garage I had asked to car to be taken to, at the time specified. Delivered by breakdown to them then loaded the car he had lent me onto his truck. He was 100% helpful and friendly throughout the operation. I could not fault him. If I had to make one negative comment it was that I had to call cack when no one had arrived after 90 minutes, at which time I was told why there was a short further delay. Recovery was actually effected after 105 minutes, so just outside the estimated time.”

“Having purchased the breakdown cover I was a little sceptical but hopeful I wouldn't have to use it. Unfortunately my clutch went and I needed to be taken to a garage the service was friendly and efficient I was informed a recovery truck would be with me within 90 mins it was. I was phoned by the recovery company they asked which garage I would like to go and the driver upon arrival was friendly. Really good service from all involved thank you.”

“Right from the start of the call requesting breakdown service, i had spoke to James who was friendly and very helpful, then the recovery driver turned up early and again was extremely helpful, also being originally from my neck of the woods, he was very friendly towards myself and wife, and even recommended places to visit whilst here, before the vehicle was fixed... I will recommended yourselves to family and friends for the service provided. many thanks Lloyd”

“Don't think i have ever spoken to such a courteous and lovely customer service team. The breakdown guy was also helpful and on-time. Extremely happy and would highly recommend. Just hope that i do not need to call them again, but if i do, i have every faith in them.”

“I was paying extremly higher from my last provider the only difference is its not for me to use in another car so i set up 2 polices an still loads cheaper . Very happy.”
