“It would have been 'very good' if the element was packaged more carefully. Luckily the ends were not damaged but there was no protective packaging at the ends where the vulnerable connecting wires were situated.”

“Good service. Wasn't sure which element I needed so I phoned them up and they helped me out. Phoned up on a Friday afternoon and I payed extra for next day delivery and sure enough it arrived Saturday lunch time. I would say the oven is working better now than when it was new!”

“Fast delivery, well priced, easy to find what you need, good level of technical info, installation guidance. Packing seemed a little less robust than I expected but the element was not damaged so I assume it is good enough. Will use Element Replacement again.”

“Delivery time was great. Price (including shipping) was sufficiently lower than manufacturer price to make purchase worthwhile. I was somewhat astounded at the lack of protective packaging for an item being sent internationally however. All in all, I would purchase again though if needed and would recommend you to others without question.”
