“Delivered very quickly and fitted. Although described as a replacement part for the Ariston oven it did not come with the retaining/spacer clip, which made fitting difficult.”

“iTEM ARRIVED IN QUICK TIME AND HAS NOW BEEN FITTED . HOWEVER IT WAS NOT EXACTLY IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINAL BEING SLIGHTLY LARGER IN DIMENSIONS AND ALSO WITHOUT SUPPORT BRACKETS WHICH HAD TO BE FABRICATED ON SITE . NEVERTHELESS THE WATTAGE RATING WAS CORRECT AND WITH MODIFICATION IT DID FIT INTO THE OVEN SO ALL IN ALL A GOOD RESULT . ALSO THIS WAS THE ONLY SUPPLIER WHO COULD FULFILL OUR REQUIREMENT FOR WHAT IS PROBABLY AN OLD OVEN .”

Hello. Thank you for your order and review, The model number you have also brings up part number ELEZN5010 on our website. It can be tricky with Zanussi (elecrolux) parts as the same model number can have different parts fitted depending on the date of manufacture. “Item arrived next day at 1030am after purchasing it at 2pm the day before and requiring fast delivery. Although the item details were correct there was no earth point on element. (Old element had 3 male connectors (live,neutral and earth) new one has 2, live and neutral) I had to drill and fit one myself. The element was slightly shorter than original and holding flaps on the base plate were slightly out of sync but managed to bend them to make it fit. Apart from that the element is in the oven and is up and running perfectly.”
