“Delivery time was great. Price (including shipping) was sufficiently lower than manufacturer price to make purchase worthwhile. I was somewhat astounded at the lack of protective packaging for an item being sent internationally however. All in all, I would purchase again though if needed and would recommend you to others without question.”

“Response was v.good and spare part came quickly. Unfortunately the fan element indicated for our Neff Oven was incorrect it indicated a 'circular' fan element but a 'horse-shoe' shaped element was required. (To be fair we hadn't dismantled the element before requesting the spare) I'm returning the part today. Having obtained and fitted the one I required. Thank you.”

“The oven element bracket was facing inwards towards the centre of the element circle and had to be re-set facing outward to match the original element and fixing hole.Apart from that everything works fine.”
