“The website didn't appear to recognise the Stoves 9 figure model number, but did recognise the model ref code. Fortunately the correct element was delivered quickly, fitted and working.”

“I order a replacement 2.3kw element for my Neff oven. The item was exactly as described and good value. My only gripes; the element took 4 days to arrive and the packaging was not very robust. The element was in a non-bespoke cardboard box resulting in one of the terminals poking through the box. Much better would be to completely encase the item in polystyrene.”

“The element came quickly via Royal Mail. Unfortunately it has lasted only 18 months, it was a relatively expensive element £39.98 and it seemes to be available only from this seller. I am now ordering another, I guess £40 every eighteen months is cheaper than a new oven and I've got the element swap job well practised, it's now a quick proceedure. I really hope the next element lasts longer than eighteen months.”

“The Element was an exact copy of the original one, from placing the order to delivery was quick and the service excellent. I found trying to remove old element and fit the new one from inside the grill difficult so I worked from the back of the freestanding cooker removing wires from spade connectors then it was easy to unscrew the old element from inside the grill and connect new one and reconnect wiring. Jack Hughes.”

“The element arrived. Seems like average quality but this is my second one in 4 years which seems to indicate that they don't have much longevity which is a nuisance. Don't know if better quality ones exist to fit my oven.”

Hello, The part ordered was a genuine manufacturers part, so can't get better quality. However this particular element is very small, which means they sometimes aren't as efficient. Element Replacement
