“The on line picture of element with measurements was very helpful. Being able to order by phone and payment by phone great.very helpful staff all in all an easy process for one 80 years+. Ps the price was right, many thanks John.”

“The element was a perfect replacement. The only problem was removing the "amp tag" connection on the old element. I broke one when removing. It may be an idea to offer 3 amp tags when selling the element.”
