“At a time when media is bombarding the public with the need to "recycle our electricals", I want to stress how easy it was to diagnose the problem on our oven (google) and look up the part required. Every detail we needed to identify in order to purchase the right part was there in the item description and it was so easy to swap the parts over. We spent £24.99 including postage instead of buying a new oven. We are very happy customers who want mindsets to change from Recycle electricals to FIX THEM!”
