“Pleased with the purchase. It fitted as it should and worked fine. Arrived on time. Was lucky it wasn't damaged as it only arrived in some bubble wrap and a plastic bag.”

“A much-needed service when our Neff oven's existing element gave out a few weeks ago. The order only took 2 days to arrive, so our oven was only out of action for 3 days. We were kept informed of the delivery status and given options for where the delivery van could put it if we happened to be out. Very happy with the service, would recommend.”

“Urgently needed a replacement Beko Oven element which suddenly failed. Google search found ER, which looked competitive and as usual I look for past reviews before ordering. These looked OK so ordered them, but it was late on a Saturday so had to wait until Monday for shipping. It arrived Tuesday, installed and working just fine. I like the web site which gave precise measurments, so as to make sure you order the right replacement. One happy customer, thank you”
