“I sent for a particular element for my fan oven, according to the dimensions shown on their website, but they sent a smaller version. So I emailed them about it and they completely ignored me, they never got back to me. So I did not get a replacement or a refund, so I won't be using them again. I also sent them the photos shown below.”

Hello, Sorry to hear of your issues with you order, however we did reply to your email on the day you sent it to us 9/4. Please check and junk or spam folders in case it has gone to there. Email copied below: 'Hello, Sorry to see about the grill element being different, I will check our details. The tube in the middle can be ignored if your thermostat temperature sensor is secured somewhere else, however the element being smaller may mean you cant fit it as the support bar is not long enough? What wattage is your old element? Also, for the fan oven element, please see: Montpellier fan oven element ELEVST1562 Regards, Tom Element Replacement Ltd' If you are not able to find the original email, please give us a call to discuss instead.
