“Prompt delivery, Works perfectly. Fits perfectly. It isn't the fault of Element Replacement Ltd that my De Longhi oven has the screws holding the element fitted from the rear of the oven rather from inside so the job is twice as hard to do!”

“Ordered a replacement element for our cooker from these guys. It arrived next day and was fitted within 10 mins. It cost less than £30. My wife had phoned a repair firm asking for a quote and with 2 visits plus the cost of the part, it was in excess of £350. Mmm let me think about that!!”

Hello Josh, as we explained in our email this is not the fault of the element, those ends do not get hot, it looks as though the connection was not secure. We have offered to send you a replacement element anyway as long as you replace the damaged spade connector. After that the oven will be fine, there is no permanent damage
