“Needed this part urgently, which arrived in 3 days, so all good but TBH, overpriced. The item was out of stock elesewhere at half the price.”

“My element came extremly fast, within a few days of ordering, unfortunately it was incorrect, so I called to discuss, the person that answered the phone was extremely helpful helping me figure out the correct one and told me how to return the unwanted item, my refund was quick and the replacement was here within 48 hours. Thank you for great service.”

“Fortunate to find a supplier of an element for an antique Belling Countrychef. Very quick reply to mail enquiry to ensure correct part and quick delivery. Element was not in sealed package but huge relief that it worked. Highly recommended”

“Site was easy to use. Just had to choose brand of oven from drop down menu. Bought a new grill element for my mums oven. She thought she was going to have to buy a new cooker. She was happy that she only spent £32 with delivery! Delivery was easy as could choose date for delivery which was also good.”

“Clear and pricise measurements and pictures making it very easy to pick the correct element,as there is so many different variations. Arrived well packaged and quick, fitted and tested working fine. very pleased indeed. I did read the elements are only garanteed for 6 months, some 12. and if your element rails before this time, if you send them the faulty element, and the element is defective, you will be sent a new element. Cant be fairer than that can you. So very pleased, and will be using this family bussiness when something else desides its done!”
