Over the years i have only contacted the staff twice, both times due to my mistakes, and the problem was sorted without delay in a friendly and efficient way.
As for delivery..well...i used to think the only better delivery was Amazon Prime but now Electric Tobacconist even beats that, the best so far was a late Saturday order which was at my house on the Monday morning. You can pay extra for next day delivery but my orders qualify for free delivery which always comes next day anyway.
