“When you sit down to write a review about a company, there are many things to take into considration. The products you buy, the price, the value for money, etc. It's more that just the products though. It's about obviously about product quality, value for money, the consitency of supply, the amazing speed between placing an order and receiving it, even down to the way it's packaged and yet that alone does not make a good company. I mean, don't get me wrong it helps, it's very important. But that's not all. What is more important (especially in this day and age) is the customer service, the respect they have for us as their customers. Nobody is treated like simply an order number but as a real person, with a real problem and the team at E.T. are quick to take the ownership of any problem as well as the responsibility until the problem is brought to a satisfactory solution. They are always kind, polite, courteous, efficient and above all professional.
Dealing with E.T. is a pleasure. I feel of course that the management have a lot to do with this because they lay down the standards but equally the regular employees because they are the ones who make it happen and are always keen to provide help & assistance. An attitude I feel certain we as customers would not enjoy if the management did not treat their staff in the same way.
In closing I would like to say (as a person who's been a Saturday boy as well as a C.E.O and everything in between) E.T. is the kind of company other companies should look to, to see just how a business should be run.

“ET's service and customer care is superb. Every order always arrives promptly . I recently thought my newly purchased vape wasn't working. I emailed and ET replied immediately asked me to send the faulty vape back to them so that they could establish what was wrong with it. They quickly realised I'd accidentally child-locked it. They removed the child-lock and my vape was posted back to me the following day. Thanks so much for everything - entirely my fault as I should have read the instructions!!!”
