With this particular brand revamping their flavours, we enquired about stocking 30ml bottles but we are waiting to see if they will become available. There is also a suggestion that anything over 10ml will be outlawed in the relatively near future, so this is another reason why we generally stick to 10ml.

We looked it up and it would appear you didn't add a free liquid to your order when prompted to do so (the system gives you a choice), meaning it was left off the order.
