“After excellent service over the last 4 times I’ve used Electronic Tabacconists, I was really disappointed. I ordered 6 packets of vapour capsules. They were cheaply packaged and as a result 2 of the 6 packets (6 capsules) were leaking or mis sharpen so could not be used.
After reporting this however, I was quickly refunded the cost of the two packets that were damaged.”
