“The service and products are great and arrive within a couple of days. I have been a happy customer till recently I purchased a smok v8 recently and it keeps leaking I have watched YouTube video to try and fix it but have been unsuccessful.”

“The best thing about Electric Tobacconist is the delivery service. Spookily good. The deal breaker for me is they use the postal service and not couriers - at least in my experience. The speed of deliveries is crazily fast. Last time I was shocked to see they sent the wrong thing - that had never happened before. And it hasn't happened still - I ordered the wrong thing. The reason for four and not five stars is their stock isn't always as I'd like and the "let me know when it's in stock" emails don't seem to get replies. It annoys me that starter kits for soon to be discontinued items are offered at a discount when ET know they will soon not be offered at all. At least tell us so we can make an informed decision. I will carry on being a customer.”
“I really like the Mango flavoured Halo vape juice in the strength 18mg. It has enough flavour to strength ratio. The delivery was also quick and good value as they have a deal of buying 4 for £10 instead of the usual 3 for £10 at the moment. Overall very good service and will continue to use them to purchase my vape juice.”

“I can't complain about the delivery or service but whenever I receive an offer code, it never works on the web page. I complained this year (birthday code) but by the time I saw the instructions to prove I had an offer code (I would have thought you would know) the items were delivered. If the codes had worked I would have rated 'very good'”
“They seem to be a good company, speedy delivery after order and ordering was easy as well. Came in basic packaging, but the post man left it outside the front door where anyone could have stolen it, and didn't buzz my flat to say it was there or sign for it.
Upon having reviewed the original pods and Starter kit i found that they leaked vape liquid through the mouthpiece and there fore i was drinking more than i was vaping, this was very worrying, that Blu would sell a product which has not been fully tested in the first place to stop this known problem from happening, you get very ill from drinking and swallowing vape liquid which is not fit for the purpose of drinking, but Electric Tobacconist saw my review and there had been some updating on the Blu Kit and pods so they sent out an experience package which had a new pen with the new improved pods. This arrived in the post box this time so no trouble with delivery, i was very anxious because of the trouble i had already had but surprisingly they all worked, the improved pen and pods do not leak the pods fit in the pen properly with no looseness, and best of all there is no leaking vape liquid going down into my body, i actually bought a lot of pods with the old style and Electric Tobacconist have given me a form to fill out to send what i have left back to the warehouse to be replaced with the updated and improved version free of charge, so hopefully by next week i should have a second vape pen and replaced liquids all for the updated and improved version and all this trouble will be behind me. I would like to thank Electric Tobacconist for getting in touch and trying to help me with my problems with My Blu if it wasn't for their diligence then i am not sure what i would have done.”
