“Customer service was great in correcting an issue, but the xros Pro is a very underwhelming device in all honesty. Also the “fresh berry” riot squad liquid was flavourless”

“Et rechargeable batteries were sent promptly but out of 5 only 3 worked and the other 2 worked but had to draw quite hard. Disappointed!

“A good easy to follow website. However, when buying in bulk you have to tap in every single pack of 20 you are ordering? Guys, u need to tweak the site so as I can just order “4” cartons and it might increase ur sales dramatically as people don’t give up and go to another simpler site?”
“Your delivery service is excellent. I use the 10 motives cartomisers which are pretty good & until recently their rechargeable batteries. These have now been replaced by ET batteries which are poor, some are duds on arrival & the pull on them is poor. Go back to 10 motives please.”
