“Great service, great choice of vapes and juices. Delivery is always within two days. The only downside is you have to spend £20 to get free delivery ( used to be £10 )”

“The services is good on the whole. There is a great range of products with free standard delivery for orders over £20 (royal mail0) and free next day delivery for orders over £100 (dpd). The only issue I have is with the next day delivery there didn't appear to be an option to have my next day order to be delivered to one of dpd's click & collect locations. I have to wait until dpd have my package before I have to go to dpd's site to change from my own address to their click & collect locations so I pick up on my way home from work instead of having to wait indoors for the delivery. Overall though a very good service with great value for money and I will continue to use”

“First order - excellent. Arrived the next day. Nicely packaged (recyclable). Not quite as cheap as can get elsewhere, but the free next day delivery made up for that”

“speedy service, salts arrived in good time & well packed. got a good deal on multi-buy and shipping. found website navigation a little difficult as couldn't filter out products I didn't want eg fruit flavoured nic salts”

“Excellent product however no loyalty program for regular clients, I will rate 5 stars if appreciation to customers was shown even by 1 free device which is inexpensive for business to keep loyal online buyers.”

“GOOD SERVICE AND A NICE WEBSITE. EASY TO ORDER FROM A RANGE OF PRODUCTS. REGRETFULLY NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER WHICH WAS PLACED ON THE 17TH OF DECEMBER. I GUESS THIS IS DUE TO POSTAL STRIKES.”
