“The Dyson pure hot and cool fan is fantastic and the shipping speed was great. My only criticism is I paid an awful lot of money to electricshop and not once did I get a thank you for my custom in an email to say I'd purchased the item or on the invoice. I know it may only be a small thing but to me customer service is everything. I got a thank you from Dyson for my purchase when I registered it with them. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this.”

“Had a Marantz amplifier delivered, unfortunately only one channel worked so had to return. They organised a courier to pick up and I was refunded the next day after they had tested for the fault. So although I didn't get what I want, communication was very good initially via email and then phone, so good customer service. It does happen with Hi Fi sometimes, so just unlucky this time.”

“Arrived on time but was a little disappointed with the colour. I bought red for my husband’s birthday and in the description it looked red. When he opened it the first thing he said was it’s pink! It is more of an orange coral colour which wasn’t what I expected looking at the description. Although it’s a nice colour it’s not really what I intended to buy for a man. Other than that it has a great sound and is waterproof too. Excellent quality speaker.”
