Had a Marantz amplifier delivered, unfortunately only one channel worked so had to return. They organised a courier to pick up and I was refunded the next day after they had tested for the fault. So although I didn't get what I want, communication was very good initially via email and then phone, so good customer service. It does happen with Hi Fi sometimes, so just unlucky this time.
