A great product at a very reasonable price. However, the service was let down by shockingly bad, hugely expensive delivery from DX. The courier twice claimed to have missed me and left a card, when in fact they did not attempt delivery until the third booked slot. Much worse than Evri or DPD, and very poor value at £9.99.

Quick delivery and good to actually speak to a real person when an issue arose. However, that real person promised delivery on a specific date but the delivery actually took place on a differnt day, so it was lucky that we were in.

Dear Nr Nicolls Thank for taking the time to post a review, we have checked and the person you speak to on 21st Oct did request delivery for your order on Thursday 24th October However due to a technical issue these notes did not come down on the system and the delivery dept team dispatched your order one day earlier and it got delivered to you one day earlier on 23rd October You would have also received notfications from the couriers day before and the morning of 23rd October with a time slot, had you not been at home they would re-attempted delivery on the next day anyway Our apologies if this has caused you any inconvenience, please could we request that you revise your review it would be much appreciated Regards Ken Customer Services

I may change to 5 stars if the rest of the order is delivered. Ordered a Ninja outdoor grill. Was meant to come with stand and cover . Neither were with it. Have emailed the so let’s see

I received an email saying my estimated arrival date was 4/5 working days and actually took 2 weeks to come and I also had to ring up and chase my order! However I got my product in the end and I’m very pleased with it!

My Ninja woodfire came early which was good unfortunately the cover which is part of the package was missing I e mailed electricshop after unpacking and discovered it missing I haven't had a reply with a solution as yet

Item delivered promptly but a tiny item was packaged in a box that was way too big and old and dusty, so much so that I had no idea what I was opening and was a little concerned whilst doing so. All it needed was a small padded envelope. A very strange experience. I have subsquently been contacted by the seller, concerned that this is a negative review and that the packaging is for product safety. I will however, not remove my review, this is not a negative review as the item was received correctly. However, it was still a very strange experience, one I care not to repeat - I should not have ended up with dust everywhere and a load of unrecyclable packaging!!

I ordered a washing machine an sadly it arrived cracked an looks like it had tried to be fixed !!! So 3 stars as I was expecting a new machine without damage

I thought I was buying a new radio. But the box had been opened, the electric lead had been unwrapped and it was slightly dusty. I wonder if it was ex-display? The Quick Start Guide (on paper) was not very helpful. I followed its instructions, and when I looked at the available stations, Classic FM was not there. I bought this radio because it was Classic FM‘s first recommendation for DAB+. I spent an hour trying to get it to work. The Pure website was not helpful either: it led me to believe that I needed a software update. I was very disappointed. The next day I was able to speak on the ‘phone to someone at Pure, but he had a thick French accent and it was difficult to understand what he was saying. Eventually I found out that I needed to go to the Menu and find Auto Tune. I wonder if my radio had been auto tuned when it was on display?

Our sales dept would have been more than happy to assist you with this We have also checked and can confirm that the Pure radio you were supplied is a new unit and had never been opened for display etc, it is possible that Pure quality control dept had opened it to add the UK mains adaptor in their European warehouse before it was shipped to us However we will certainly be reporting this to them and would like to apologise to you for any inconvenience or confusion caused In case of any queries please feel free to call us on 01707 802030 during office hours. Delighted with the tv BUT less than impressed with the delivery. I asked them to unpack it so I could inspect it but they refused. Your instructions said I should make sure it was undamaged before they left. I'm a pensioner and disabled but they were totally unhelpful.

The only 2 things negative I can say is my delivery was between 3.30 and 5.30 pm but didn't turn up till 9pm and they didn't bring it to my door for me to check it and give them the pin number, granted my son met them downstairs in my block and bought the item s up but it was more about not being able to check box and give pin number, but apart from that they did ring and apologise for being so late .

No negatives for the shop but has for delivery. Should have been delivered to my house by dpd on 31st my son was in all day said it be there 7p till 8pm yet gets text at 6.30 saying noone home please pickup at pickup point . Was just in from work noone came near the door

Great customer service and fast delivery! Unfortunately their delivery company (DPD) tried to deliver two days in a row, someone was waiting at home all day both days to receive and they didn't knock loudly enough or ring the doorbell so the delivery was returned

Ordering process for Soundxtra stand for Bose Soundtouch 20 was straightforward and the item received fairly quickly. The item was a good price. However on opening, damage to the inside of the box suggested it had possibly been opened before. The base of the unit has some bubbling across the front which looks like it could be corrosion under the paint. Decided to just keep the item and fix it later as dont need the hassle. I suspect the item may have been returned before.
