“Website offered a 10% discount code on orders over £200, but then said in was invalid - phoned Electricshop and they said it was only on certain items even though this was not mentioned on the original offer code. They also had an offer code for free next-day delivery which did work, but the item was ordered on Saturday and didn't arrive until Tuesday; nitpicking maybe, but it's hardly next-day delivery and if I'd paid almost £7 for it, I'd be a bit miffed. On the plus side, they responded quickly by email to an order query, and kept me informed of delivery progress.”

Good afternoon Thank you for posting your review As mentioned on our website this is just to clarify that the Next Day Delivery service is for next working day for orders placed by 2.30PM Unfortunately as most couriers DPD do not collect over the weekends As you placed the order on Saturday your order was dispatched on Monday and delivered on next day service on Tuesday. “We ordered a Bose soundbar & after a few days I hadn’t had any updates about delivery so called electricshop. I was told it would be delivered in 2 days. The next day I had a call to say the items had been damaged in transit & delivery of a new shipment would be the following week. I was emailed & text delivery updates the day before delivery & given an hour time slot on the actual day of delivery. Items arrived all in good order & well packaged. Would use again.”

“Great price for a top quality product. Website needed some careful studying for the free p&p but was fine when I copied the code. Good comms from the courier as they referred to a different name for the supplier which was a bit confusing. Next day delivery as promised though.”
