The Dyson pure hot and cool fan is fantastic and the shipping speed was great. My only criticism is I paid an awful lot of money to electricshop and not once did I get a thank you for my custom in an email to say I'd purchased the item or on the invoice. I know it may only be a small thing but to me customer service is everything. I got a thank you from Dyson for my purchase when I registered it with them. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this.
