The item is damaged! I've tried to contact to resolve this but nothing at all.. the scooter doesn't charge up and the handle is damaged!

I bought a ninja blender and it came broken, the problem is that the electric shop doesn't do the exchange, I have to get in touch with a number they gave me. I didn't like it because this will be very difficult for me to solve because I don't speak English and how I will call Who should solve and send me another one would be the store I bought

Good afternoon Luciana, We are sorry to see that you have left us a 1 star review. We did reply to your email promptly yesterday saying that we were sorry to hear about the issue with your Ninja product and that they have a policy regarding a faulty or damaged product. All they ask the customer to do is to call them to get an uplift number. Once you had this we were more than happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent you. You did mention by reply to our first email that you didn’t speak good English and we said that they do have staff who speak different languages. It is only a quick call away and we are more than happy to arrange a replacement for you. Not a good experience as I immediately asked to cancel the order after confusion over taxes added onto price. They sent the order anyway which was a smart tv. When it arrived I was on my way out to a 48 hour shift so had to take it in quickly, I noticed after the driver had left that there’s a hole and tears in the box. I actually have no idea if the tv is undamaged. Will have to check when I get home

My dyson cordless arrived quickly couldn't fault that part but the battery life is shocking it goes from fully charged to dead within 10 minutes I would not recommend anyone buying it, don't waste your money.

Ordered an item for a family member who was coming home after battling illness and the day before it arrived he passed away. Contacted Electricshop explained the situation and they were so cold and dismissive about it and told me too bad you pay for return shipping. Clearly human decency is not of interest to this company, only money.

Dear Iliyan In response to your 1 Star review we have fully investigated this Our couriers DPD did attempt to deliver to you on the requested date 11th August at 12:43PM but nobody was there to receive the delivery, you would have also received update notifications via email & text on your mobile. You paid extra for a specified weekend delivery service and the couriers did try to deliver to you on the day. We also emailed you after the weekend after checking with DPD to ensure that you receive your order and it was delivered within the time slot on Monday 14th August. Hi I have been asked to give a review although my product has not yet arrived (postage strikes I imagine) The only thing I can say so far is that immediately after checking out I got the message: “Use your Vouchercode CART3 and Save £3 at checkout” But of course, it was too late to save the £3 so this was disappointing, I wrote to customer services who told me I needed to spend £150 to get this offer which was sent to me when I had £93.99 in my basket when the offer was made.... very confusing and small amounts I know but when every penny counts in these tough times quite frustrating.... This is the main Christmas present for my wife and today is 24th Dec so hoping for timely arrival, thanks for reading and will update the score if it does. Merry Christmas :-)

I purchased an item for the first time from this retailer. One of the worst experience I had. The delivery service took my parcel to dpd depot and said nobody was at home. Checked my cctv camera and the delivery driver did not even come. I asked for refund from the company who refused to give me a refund until they got the item back which was at dpd depot. The company even checked the gps of the driver and it showed he never even came to my road. I will never shop here again

Item delivered at 2145. Was scheduled to arrive between 1800 and 2000. Removal of old fridge/freezer resulted in damage to my wooden floor as it was dropped.

Was told delivery date and time, but it could not be left in a safe place. Emailed my option to be delivered at my neighbours but they never received it after waiting in for the delivery. However, the driver left it in my cupboard!! There was no ticket left. But the following day I received a email saying I had signed for it strange as I was at work!!. There was nothing in my cupboard as I have not received any purchase. Someone is phoning me tomorrow morning. As I would like my hoover of which i have paid for, but have yet not received.
