I'm not satisfied. I paid for next day delivery. I lost a day of work waiting and I haven't received it yet. 5 days waiting,waiting Please reply. Customer paid cash for microwave + delivery fee.

Hello Ref your review we have looked into this DPD attempted to deliver your order 3 x times but nobody was home to receive the parcel, being a high value product they would not have left it outside in case it got stolen You spoke to "Sunny" in our customer services team yesterday as we received a notification of failed delivery from DPD & you were advised that the parcel is not being returned back to us We have also tried to speak to you earlier today so that we can arrange a re-delivery for you Please call us at your earliest convenience on 01707 802030 Thank you Ken Electricshop.com

I have not recieved the product. It was due between 1040 - 1340 on Thursday 8th May 2025. I booked the day off work to recieve the product, then DxExpress sent me a message stating they were unable to deliver the product, after I wanted to recieve it. So do date I still do not have the product I paid for, and I have lost a day's annual leave. DxExpress has not provided any update as to when the product is arriving. Very disappointing.

The item pirchased was never delivered as the courier company would not leave it at the door. It was scheduled for Tuesday the 18th but was cancelled by the courier. It was then rescheduled for the 19 but I ouly found out the delivery time at 7.40am after i had gone to work. It was then rescheduled for today friday and I was notified at 9.14am that delivery would be in an hour slot from 10.17 and unfortunately I wasn't able to be at home for the delivery. I have tried to contact DPD to get them to leave the package in a safe place but they will not do this as per the Electricshop's instruction. I have now cancelled the order and have been advises that I will be charged £20 for carraige. The comapny advised that this was outlined in the payment confirmation, which it was but this was received after payment. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company, they are too inflexible and do not cater for there customers needs. John Lewis and other retailers can do it and there is no reason why Electricshop cannot provide a proper service to there customers if they value them.

Good evening Brian We are disappointed by your decision to cancel your order. Please know that the PIN system is in place to ensure the courier arrives at the correct location when delivering your parcel. During the peak holiday period over Christmas and New Year, we had no failed deliveries because the PIN is only sent to the contact details provided in our customers' orders. Additionally, we have removed the option for DPD to leave parcels unattended, as there is always a risk of theft if parcels are left in plain sight this secure delivery option is very important especially for an item costing nearly £400 Investigations like these require significant time and effort from both our team and the courier, which is especially challenging during busy periods when resources are limited. This also causes inconvenience to our other customers, which we deeply regret. As for the DPD ETA notice, it is provided once the driver's route has been planned. While we understand that timing can be frustrating, it's important to note that neither DPD nor we are at fault if you were unavailable during the delivery window, even though you selected the 1-2 working day option. Given that drivers often have up to 100 parcels to deliver in a day, it's unreasonable to expect each one to perfectly align with your availability. We ordered a cordless dyson, after 3 days we had a message from DPD giving us a 1 hour window for delivery, due to work commitments, mid week delivery wasn't going to work, both Dpd and electric shop refused to allow me to change delivery address or collect from the local dpd depot, it was mid week, 1 hour slot or nothing! I asked both dpd and electric shop to make a note on the rescheduled delivery for a PM delivery as that was the only thing I could potentially manage, on the day, mu 1 hour slot was 9.30-10 30AM. Absolutely useless and unhelpful!!

I purchased this item but wanted to return it. Electric shop made it very difficult and took well over time with my refund. Will not use again nor do I recommend then.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. My order should have arrived Friday23rd or Saturday 24th August, was then told the driver missed me ? Told Dino would deliver on Sunday 25th apparently Dino doesn't work on a Sunday. Received an email saying I'd requested a change of delivery to 27th Tuesday, which I did not make this request, I might add I paid extra for a quick delivery. Tried several times to ring but no answer. I wouldn't have given one star to this company. Will be telling my family and friends to avoid at all costs.

Sorry to see you have left a negative review. You have been in touch with us about your drum not spinning and we have advised you that you need to remove the transit bolt from the machine. Until the transit bolts are removed the machine will not spin and you can cause damage to the machine. So far you have not confirmed if you have removed the transit Bolts. Avoid these guys at all cost. Trying to save myself a few pounds resulted in me losing out to a few hundred. Delivery was confirmed at 10pm on Sunday for a Monday delivery slot between 1200 and 1500.. I took time off work and arranged for installation guys to be in attendance. At 1030 Monday morning, receive email stating I would not be receiving item, and new date/time would be arranged in 48hours. Rang Electricshop who were beyond useless. Offered nothing other than saying they would refund the £15 I’d paid for the express delivery. (Very generous of them). Absolutely no offer of compensation for the hassle caused to me.

My parcel was sent to a parcel shop instead of delivering it to my home address. I was at home and did not move an inch This is very disappointing after paying for fast delivery. The parcel is still at the shop. Very disappointed

I bought a ninja blender and it came broken, the problem is that the electric shop doesn't do the exchange, I have to get in touch with a number they gave me. I didn't like it because this will be very difficult for me to solve because I don't speak English and how I will call Who should solve and send me another one would be the store I bought

Good afternoon Luciana, We are sorry to see that you have left us a 1 star review. We did reply to your email promptly yesterday saying that we were sorry to hear about the issue with your Ninja product and that they have a policy regarding a faulty or damaged product. All they ask the customer to do is to call them to get an uplift number. Once you had this we were more than happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent you. You did mention by reply to our first email that you didn’t speak good English and we said that they do have staff who speak different languages. It is only a quick call away and we are more than happy to arrange a replacement for you. Not a good experience as I immediately asked to cancel the order after confusion over taxes added onto price. They sent the order anyway which was a smart tv. When it arrived I was on my way out to a 48 hour shift so had to take it in quickly, I noticed after the driver had left that there’s a hole and tears in the box. I actually have no idea if the tv is undamaged. Will have to check when I get home

My dyson cordless arrived quickly couldn't fault that part but the battery life is shocking it goes from fully charged to dead within 10 minutes I would not recommend anyone buying it, don't waste your money.
