“Customer service was good when I rang them they were very helpful. But the delivery service was not on time.washing machine was supposed to be delivered between 11.45am to 1.45 pm but it delivered at 3.45pm”

“Best price for the Miele vacuum cleaner we wanted. Dispatched in time and delivered securely as we had to give the courier a security code. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because after a day of ordering we received an email from the company saying they needed to verify our payment card details. I saw no reason for this as the card is registered to the delivery address but it was a process that needed to happen in order to receive our purchase. The person I spoke to explained things well and verified the card quickly then confirming our order would arrive soon. No issues but a bit of a faff at the end.”

“Ordered a ninja airfryer, very competitive pricing and was Black Friday so great deals. Paid via clearpay which is a great option. Waited a few days fur my order to come through but that is the courier and not the retailer. I'd use electricshop again”
