“Bought a Denon CD and Radio receiver. Some confusion over what was in stock and what was not but service, when I queried this, proved to be outstanding, everything resolved quickly and a brilliant piece of electronics delivered promptly. Would use again.”

“We ordered a set of Denon smart speakers. Electicshop warned that they would take some time to deliver, but the warning only came after the order was placed, and Electricshop took the money, a lot, from the credit card straight away. It would be much better to follow Amazon practice and wait until the goods are dispatched. Apart from that, the service was excellent: plenty of warning when the delivery was due, and options offered in case we were unable to be present to sign. A good experience, but marred somewhat by that misstep at the beginning.”

“Product good and competitively priced. Service when I phoned them was very good. However, there was a delay in getting any detail as to when the product would be dispatched. They didn't respond to my E Mail enquiry chasing this information, which I found disappointing. This is an oversight on their part given the website did not indicate any issues with stock levels. I would use them again though given the way they responded on the phone.”

“Unit arrived nicely on time, which I'm pleased with.. just what I wanted. The only negative note would be the fact that the item box was packed and transported upside down, which I thought a bit strange! Don't think it should affect its performance though (I hope)”

“My radio turned up very quickly and in good condition. The package was some recycled and taped up Amazon packaging which was a bit disconcerting at first, particularly as I'd heard of the electricshop before. But no worries, it was all good. Excellent radio for a good price.”

“Website offered a 10% discount code on orders over £200, but then said in was invalid - phoned Electricshop and they said it was only on certain items even though this was not mentioned on the original offer code. They also had an offer code for free next-day delivery which did work, but the item was ordered on Saturday and didn't arrive until Tuesday; nitpicking maybe, but it's hardly next-day delivery and if I'd paid almost £7 for it, I'd be a bit miffed. On the plus side, they responded quickly by email to an order query, and kept me informed of delivery progress.”

Good afternoon Thank you for posting your review As mentioned on our website this is just to clarify that the Next Day Delivery service is for next working day for orders placed by 2.30PM Unfortunately as most couriers DPD do not collect over the weekends As you placed the order on Saturday your order was dispatched on Monday and delivered on next day service on Tuesday.
