“They had the radiator I wanted, at a good price, and were able to deliver it very quickly. It arrived promptly, as indicated, and was exactly as ordered. So I'm very happy with the result. My only small problem was that I couldn't apply the "free shipping" promotion that was offered - but I still saved money over other sites offering this product, so it's hard to grumble about that. I would definitely use the site again.”

“Having decided to make the most of lockdown and staying at home, I decided to upgrade my hifi. Bought superb Denon amplifier that covers all potential input sources. Shopped around and was impressed by the ease of using the website, the free delivery and the competitive price. The only thing to mention is that in this instance the price was really good, but I'm looking to buy another item now and am finding them priced the same as their competitors, so do your research and don't be persuaded by an offer like "Sale, £70 off" because it's clearly not a true sale when others are selling at the same price.”

“Buying experience was excellent with prompt feedback on the status of the order and its expected delivery. the only serious letdown was that although the courier was supposed to have asked for an ID before delivering the parcel which had a value of approx Stg 700, the parcel was instead left outside the flat door without even a ring on the doorbell to notify the recipient. The parcel could have been easily been stolen by anyone of the neighbors on the same floor.”

“Well, four stars even though I had to wait a couple of months for the turntable I purchased. This wasn't their fault as delivery to them by the supplier was held up and no other retailer had stocks either, other than a couple that were charging extortionate prices. I had previously returned a faulty turntable to another reputable retailer and I went with electricshop the second time round. The turntable arrived two days ago, very well packaged and works perfectly. Competitively priced and I would have given 5 stars if they had just kept me a little more informed about delivery delays without me having to call them twice for updates. Recommended though and would definitely shop with them again.”

“Really happy with the service and great price when we purchased our Sebo vacuum cleaner. Only lost one star as the packaging on our vacuum bags we also ordered was slightly damaged on arrival. It didn't effect the contents so no problem”

“Ordered Denon N10 + speakers in white. I was soon phoned by Mark to say the only speakers in white they had were damaged but they could send black or grey speakers. I choose to wait for an all-white set and was told to phone back in 10 days if I hadn't received anything. The all-white set arrived before then so excellent service. Only 4 stars because the Denon boxes were a bit battered but the inner product was fine. Will set it all up this weekend. Thank you Electric Shop.”

“Prices are good delivery happened when scheduled but there could have been a bit more explanation about their “open box” items as after noticing that this is what I had ordered I could not not find easily what this actually meant.”

“Good communication. But....the external packaging of my Denon Hifi system was pretty shocking. No better than shoving the boxes into a black rubbish bag and posting them. The boxes quite predictably received quite a few knocks and perforations along the way but luckily the system and speakers were undamaged. Perhaps my system costing just over £500 did not warrant better packaging compare with others costing £5k, but at the end of the day it is the customer’s perception of the way the business treats customers, big and small, that inspires loyalty, or not!”

“So far, so good. Sits in my kitchen on automatic and seems to be doing a good job. The real test will be the spring when my allergies kick in. Have another dyson purifier in my bedroom and have been very happy with that - if this works the same way I will be very pleased.”
