“Purchased a Denon mini hi fi system. The price was really good, the service was really good. However, the poor packaging stopped me from giving them a 5 Star rating. That said, I would definitely purchase from them again.”

“Very pleased to find that electric shop could match sale price of Ninja multicooker N550. Ordered Friday, standard delivery free and received Tuesday. Slight scratch on rim of Crisp fry basket which I hope customer services will rectify.”

“User friendly site, competitive prices and speedy service. The only downside was the DHL delivery. We live in a second floor flat with no lift, and the DHL delivery driver left the parcel downstairs! My 70 year old husband had to struggle to carry the extremely heavy (two floor standing speakers) up the stairs........ absolutely despicable!”

“On the day of the delivery Electric Shop kept us fully up to date with the details of when they were going to deliver the washing machine. They even phoned 30 minutes before they arrived to say when they would be with us & when they arrived they brought the washing machine into the kitchen.”

“There was a problem with delivery of the item, which was damaged. This was the fault of the courier. However, electricshop was very helpful and dispatched a replacement very quickly. Overall, the service was good.”

“I ordered a Denon RCD-N11 from electricshop.com because they offered this item at the best price available. The package was despatched promptly but DPD let them down. DPD promised delivery between 14.32 - 15.32 hrs on Tuesday 25th November. The item never arrived and at 19.00 hrs, I received a message saying '' sorry we missed you''. Delivery was not attempted, as cctv footage proves. The parcel was delivered at 09.35 hrs the following day.”

“arrived within the 3-4 days but the delivery driver did,nt want to unpack the tv so we could check it was ok but did eventually but only for 2 minutes and said if it was damaged he could,nt take back then and would have to come back the next day so why the shop said it was part of the deal to help check it i will never know but everything else was great”
