I ordered a Denon RCD-N11 from electricshop.com because they offered this item at the best price available. The package was despatched promptly but DPD let them down. DPD promised delivery between 14.32 - 15.32 hrs on Tuesday 25th November. The item never arrived and at 19.00 hrs, I received a message saying '' sorry we missed you''. Delivery was not attempted, as cctv footage proves. The parcel was delivered at 09.35 hrs the following day.
