User friendly site, competitive prices and speedy service. The only downside was the DHL delivery. We live in a second floor flat with no lift, and the DHL delivery driver left the parcel downstairs! My 70 year old husband had to struggle to carry the extremely heavy (two floor standing speakers) up the stairs........ absolutely despicable!
