arrived within the 3-4 days but the delivery driver did,nt want to unpack the tv so we could check it was ok but did eventually but only for 2 minutes and said if it was damaged he could,nt take back then and would have to come back the next day so why the shop said it was part of the deal to help check it i will never know but everything else was great
