“I picked electric shop because of the price in comparison to the other online retailers, and they methods of payments that suited my needs. My experience with electric shop was a hole positive experience. Placing my order on line using my own purchaser "PayPal " ,was a complete positive experience. No problems, just picked the item I wanted then selected the method of payment that suited me, as previously mentioned. Preceded to the check out, check my on line basket for the item I wanted. Click pay followed the transaction instructions and pick witch transaction I wanted click it. Next order acknowledgement to being received, then the time and day to delivery "it was delivered one day before delivery day stated " . Know I am a happy man, know too listen to my soul,reggie, jazz funk, CDS and more. Overall experience very good will be going there again when I need anything audio👍🏾.”

“I bought a Denon DP450USB from here. They offer it at the best market price. I opted for Saturday delivery but this didn't happen due to delays but they gave me a free upgrade to Sunday delivery instead. Would've liked a free delivery refund though 😉. Service seems good but they only sell ortofon cartridges for this vinyl player and I want an audo technica vm95e/h if this'll work with it? Thanks guys. It's a great piece of kit at a very decent price.”

“Smashing carpet cleaner. Quick clean is dried in about an hour and the deep clean option is no joke, I've got three indoor cats my house has had a cat kinda smell for a while. One use on deep clean and it smells fantastic.”

“Very pleasant to contact with and cooperative. I would have put 5 stars however the use of DPD is a bit of a let down, I was due to receive my item on friday 26th May however DPD then changed it to Tuesday the 30th and just now have pushed it back to Wednesday 31st which is very disappointing. Totally understand that this is outwith electricshops control bit still a little frustrating so the item has not been received yet”

“O ordered a tv which then became out of stock so had to have a more expensive. Which o am happy with delivery was on time . Tv was in a perfect condition . And I'm very happy with customer service. Would recommend.”

“Really happy with product, just a shame the shipping time frame let it down. Ordered Wednesday express delivery and didn’t come until Monday which wasn’t very clear at checkout. (It allowed me to select Friday for delivery) Not rated down though as no other issues and sometimes these things are out of their control. But be mindful of delays!”
