Good communication. But....the external packaging of my Denon Hifi system was pretty shocking. No better than shoving the boxes into a black rubbish bag and posting them. The boxes quite predictably received quite a few knocks and perforations along the way but luckily the system and speakers were undamaged. Perhaps my system costing just over £500 did not warrant better packaging compare with others costing £5k, but at the end of the day it is the customer’s perception of the way the business treats customers, big and small, that inspires loyalty, or not!
