Buying experience was excellent with prompt feedback on the status of the order and its expected delivery.
the only serious letdown was that although the courier was supposed to have asked for an ID before delivering the parcel which had a value of approx Stg 700, the parcel was instead left outside the flat door without even a ring on the doorbell to notify the recipient. The parcel could have been easily been stolen by anyone of the neighbors on the same floor.
