“Excellent service and quality, ordered the replacement shaft which came the following day fitted it very easily and the trolley was up and running in no time. The only thing that worries me is the design of the shaft which has a hole drilled into the shaft which carries a pin located in the gearbox which drives the shaft to the wheel, this hole for the drive pin creates a weakness on the shaft which ultimately breaks. A better design to transfer the power from the gearbox to the wheels should be looked into”
