“The battery I purchased I've charged it and put it in my buggy, it only shows two bars where the old one showed four, I've yet to try it on the course so I hope it will go the distance”

“There are two different types of front wheel on the Powakaddy C2i. Unfortunately the one I ordered here was not the right type for my wheel and did not fit. I only discovered this after I had tried to fit it and have now sourced the correct part elsewhere.”

“The order was COMPLETE on the 14th March and to date 23rd March it’s not arrived so impossible to comment. I will say that EGTS have been good at replying to any query promptly and hopefully the order will arrive soon. I have given 3 star as it could be the postal system at fault.”

“Delivery and quality of items is brilliant. The reason for 3 stars is that I ordered a powakaddy C2i handlebar and screen replacement but recieved the C2 version instead. I had no communication to say that the C2i was out of stock so I put it down to human error while packing the order. As a result, I have lost a few functions that my C2i had as I now don't have the correct buttons on my trolley. However, after connecting and replacing it, it does work.”

“My shipment unfurtunatly got stuck by customs in Spain, so I need you to forward me an invoice with proof of payment and details of spareparts sent, which I have to forward to them before released.”

“When I first ordered the part when I chased it after a week I was told it was out of stock, this was not clear at the time and I received no email to indicate it was out of stock. When the part was eventually despatched it took a week to arrive that was no doubt a postage problem. Previous orders have been received within two days, probably takes longer because coming from Ireland. Delivery is quicker when originating in Uk. I like your range of products and postage costs but I cannot wait a week for a part.”

“This is the 3rd. request I have had for this item so I'll tell you. I am not sure if my parcel was placed on a raft or inserted in a flotation device but so far neither the prevailing wind noavee the Atlantic natuar current have deposited the parcel on the Nova Scotia or Newfoundland/Labrador shoreline . When it arrives and I receive a delivery update, I'll let you know. Jack”

“The web site and the payment system were easy to use but the goods have not yet arrived after a cople of weeks already. I know things are difficut at the moment so I will be patient a little longer and report again accordingly.”
