“Dear Sir/Madam. The spring Part 01181 purchased does not fit Part 01391 Pawacaddy C2 front wheel release part. The spring delivered is a smaller diameter than is required. On your website, the description is it does. I telephoned and had a chat with Darren, he thinks it should, however, part 01391 is out of stock therefore you are unable to try it for yourselves. Darren is going to contact me when you have the part required in stock.”

“After sales customer service is non existent. You will not get any assistance or help once you have purchased your item. Contacting them by telephone / mobile is at an extortionate premium rate cost. Recommend not calling them. I did and it cost me money only to be told we are busy but will get back to you. They profit by the customer calling them. They did not act on my call. Left me trying to sort out issues which would be easily resolved by them”

“Part arrived in 5 days but was the wrong part. Contacted EGTS who said the correct part was out of stock and they would contact me when the part arrive. I've not heard since or offer of return for my wrong part. It was a pair of new front trolley bearings for the Powakaddy Freeway electric trolley. Still waiting to hear from them.”
