“I ordered a new gearbox for my powacaddy ct6 delivery was swift quicker than expected. Unfortunately it doesn’t seam to be a gearbox fault but will keep it as a spare. Have since reviewed powacaddy ct6 faults & there are endless complaints about noise faults on the ct6 powacaddy.”

“From the time of ordering, right through to delivery, I found the company very informative and easy to deal with. Delivery to me in Spain was straightforward (no customs issues) and very quick. Just one slight problem, but more to do with the courrier than the shipping company - somewhere along the line the shipment of 2 packages had been split. After delivery of the first package I was a little concerned to see that the online tracking showed the order as 'Delivered' even though only one package had been. Two days later the second package arrived!”

“Fabulous service and communication I managed to find a spare part which was quite difficult to source and I asked a technical question- response was almost immediate and really helpful. Part was dispatched quickly. Cost was sensible and commensurate with the size of the part. All good, would definitely recommend using this company. A definite 10 out of 10.”

“Delivery was quick and reasonable. Part was a PowaKaddy part so expensive but was £5 versus £7.99 elsewhere and delivery was £2 as opposed to £4.99. A 50p bolt would also work but the PK part looks better.”
