“Perfectly good service but perhaps they should consider modifying their delivery criteria. A box of 5 LED GU10 light bulbs shouldn't really need a physical signature in this day and age. The courier company was forced to return 3 times due to unfortunate timings.”

“Straight forward ordering and prompt delivery. Managed to source the cable clips I needed to complete a project without fuss and the goods were on site quickly. Somehow i forgot to include the house details but the courier didnt make a fuss and we managed to sort it all out, great customer service and problem solving - refreshing. Thank you.”

“The clouds hugged together like estranged lovers, meeting for the first time in months. A warm breezeless day, sweat building as I sat there churning over the predicament I found myself in. 'Fuse board, fuse board..... a MF fuseboard!' Scraps of memory floated past, tantalising, as if my muse was nearby, taunting me with tendrils of forgotten lore. Then inspiration arced from up high, splitting my central cortex with visions of grandeur. 'Of course you fool!' I breathed huskily - Edwardes will have the answer to my exitensial crisis. It turned out that they didn't, but they did have the fuse board that I required. 1 out of 2 is a win in my books.”

“Used Edwardes on line for years but recently their website software has changed. I use a Mac. Now, when I click 'Proceed to checkout' the 'Or pay with card' field has a 'Confirm email address' button which is greyed out. I cannot move beyond this. I recently had to place a big order with another wholesaler because I haven't got the time to call and listen to their staff scratching their heads. It's a shame because Edwardes are otherwise good.”
