“I had a problem with the courier making the delivery but David at Edwardes was absolutley brilliant at chasing it and keeping me updated. While it was, of course, a little frustrating not receiving the package first time round (not that it was Edwardes' fault), their efforts to get the problem sorted was excellent and left me really impressed with the customer service. I'd definitely use Edwardes again.”

“It was only a couple of light bulbs but their site advised the LED alternative for our regular bulbs. Very good price and quick delivery. Have purchased other items previously with the same service.”

“Ordered by 2pm Friday for Monday delivery. Very helpful gentleman dealt with my initial telephone enquiry. I was kept up to date on dispatch and delivery details and time.
